Nowadays top management and middle management have difficulty in communication skills. Middle management always refuse to understand the top management order. According to Paul J. Meyer (2014) , communication is a human connection and it is the key to personal and career success.
Therefore my research area will cover the important of communication among management and teachers at schools. The survey will conducted at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seksyen 9 Shah Alam. The informant for the research in about five to ten people.
